मोब लिंचिंग मे सोशियल मीडिया की भूमिका

2011 के वर्ष मे श्री सुब्रमानियन स्वामी द्वारा कोची तस्कर केरला नाम की आईपीएल टीम मे तत्कालीन केन्द्रीय मंत्री की पत्नी का हाथ होने का ट्वीट किया था।  जिसके बाद इलेक्ट्रोनिक और प्रिंट मीडिया ने इस मुद्दे को बढ़ा आगे बढ़ाया। और उस टीम को भी आईपीएल से मैम्बरशिप खोनी पड़ी। ये शायद भारत देश के राजनीति और सामाजिक एवं मीडिया पे सोशियल मीडिया का पहला बड़ा प्रभाव था।

लोकतन्त्र का चोथा स्तम्भ कहे जाने वाले पत्रकारत्व मे इस सदी मे काफी बदलाव आए है। इलेक्ट्रोनिक मीडिया का जन सामान्य मे व्याप एवं विशवास इस सदी की शरूआत से काफी बढ़ा है। 24 घंटे  न्यूज़ चलाने वाले पत्रकारत्व के चेनल ने देश के हर कोने तक समाचार को तेज और आसान तरीके से पहोचने का काम किया है। मगर यह मीडिया एक-से-अनेक की प्रणाली पर यानि की एक जगह से काही गई बात को अनेक लोगो तक पहुचाता है। जिसमे उस पत्रकारो की जवाबदारी और जवाबदेही काफी हद तक बढ़ जाती है।

सोशियल मीडिया इस से थोड़ा भिन्न यानि की अनेक-से-अनेक प्रणाली पर कार्य करता है। अर्थात, एक साथ एक से ज्यादा व्यक्ति, एक से ज्यादा व्यक्ति या व्यक्ति के समूह तक अपने विचार को प्रस्तुत कर शकते है। अपनी बात उन तक पहोचा शकते है। यह सोशियल मीडिया किसी भी सेंसरशिप के तहत नहीं आता इस लिए इस पर इस्तेमाल की जाने वाली भाषा के स्तर का अंदाज लगाना या उस पे वितरित मेसेज की पुष्टता करना असंभव जैसा है।

आज समाज के हर तबके के पास कमोवेश मोबाइल फोन, कोमपुटर या इंटरनेट की सुविधा प्राप्य है। व्हाट्स एप, फेसबुक, ट्विटर और अन्य सोशियल मीडिया और एप से व्यक्ति दुनिया के किसी भी कोने से अपने विचार लोगो के साथ शेर कर शकता है। किसी भी प्रसिध्ध नेता, अभिनेता, लेखक या खिलाड़ी से  सोशियल मीडिया के द्वारा सीधा संवाद किया जा सकता है, और अपने विचार, प्रशंषा या आलोचना को उनके साथ शेर किया जा शकता है।

एक तरीके से देखा जाय तो सोशियल मीडिया ने अमीर वर्ग और सामान्य वर्ग के बीच के फासले को काफी कम कर के एक नए आयाम, एक नया रास्ता खोल दिया है। जैसे लोक तंत्र मे “एक व्यक्ति – एक मत” का प्रविधान है। यानि की हर एक व्यक्ति एक समान है। सोशियल मीडिया मे भी यह एक मूल बात है की यहा एक मेसेज या वीडियो वाइरल होने पर कोई सामान्य व्यक्ति उतनी प्रसिध्धी प्राप्त कर लेता है, जहा पहुचने के लिए कई कलाकार और नेता सालो तक प्रयास करते है।

यह बात भी उतनी ही सही है की सोशियल मीडिया से मिली प्रसिद्धि उतनी ही तेज गति से चली जाती है जितनी जल्दी वो आई थी। इस लिए सोशियल मीडिया बेहद ही गति से बदलती हुई तस्वीर है जिसके रंग को एक अच्छा रंगरेज ही समज शकता है। सोशियल  मीडिया इस काल खंड  इतना प्रभावशाली है के ये मनुष्य समाज की जीवनशैली पर न सिर्फ प्रभाव छोडता है बल्कि वो उसकी सोच बदलने का भी माद्दा रखता है। किसी भी समाज की उपलब्धि उसके वैचारिक स्तर और जीवन शैली से प्रतिवादित होती है। व्यवहार और आचरण से उस समाज मे लोगो की मानसिकता पता लगा ने के लिए काफी महत्वपूर्ण वस्तु है।

मोब लिंचिंग एक काफी तनावपूर्ण शब्द है, जिसका जन सामान्य  अर्थ होता है के विचार, धर्म, जाति, सोच से समान मानस वाले लोगो का समूह, उनसे भिन्न मत रखनेवाले व्यक्ति पर एक सोची समजी साजिश के तहत हिंसा करे और उसे शारीरिक, मानसिक एवं आर्थिक तौर पे हानी पहोचाए। यह बात अपने आप मे इतनी घ्रिणास्प्रद है की “अहिंसा परमो धर्म” मे मानने वाले इस देश मे ऐसी घटनाए हो रही है।

मोब लिंचिंग की घटना  सामान्यत: एक व्यवस्थित सुनियोजित घटना क्रम मे की जाती है जिसे बाद मे, एक समाज, जाती, धर्म या देश के साथ जोड़ कर भावुकता और सहानुभूति प्राप्त करने का प्रयास होता है। कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने परिवार, धर्म, संस्कृति एवं राष्ट्र के प्रति काफी प्रेम, आदर और सन्मान रखता है, जिसपे वो गर्व करता है और उसे श्रेष्ठ बनाने का प्रयास करता है। यह जन सामान्य व्यक्ति अन्य व्यक्ति के धर्म, संस्कृति एवं राष्ट्र को भी उसी आदर और सन्मान की द्र्श्टि से देखता है।

सोशियल मीडिया मे बिना किसी पुष्टि या पड़ताल किए कही से मिले, जाने या अंजाने भेजे गए मेसेज और विडियो को बिना ज्यादा कुछ सोचे फॉरवर्ड किया जाता है और इसे समान विचारधारा के लोगो तक बहुत ही तेजी से फैलाया जाता है। एक ही प्रकार के विभिन्न मेसेज धीरे धीरे उस व्यक्ति के जन मानस मे बेठ जाती है और उस की विचार क्षमता कुछ समय के लिए इनसे प्रभावित भी होती है।

पिछले दिनो, विविध स्थलो पर छोटे बच्चो को उठा कर ले जाने वाली और बाद मे  उन बच्चो से बाद मे अनैतिक काम करवाने वाली गेंग का एक वीडियो और मेसेज था। यह मेसेज मे शहर के नाम अलग थे लेकिन उसके साथ शेर किए जाने वाला विडियो एक ही था। यह विडियो मे  मोहल्ले मे कचरा इकठठा करने वाले लोग छोटे बच्चो को उठा के ले जाते है एसा दिखाया गया था।

इस का परिणाम यह आया की कई शहर और टाउन मे एसे किसी भी शंकास्पद व्यक्ति को देखे जाने पर उसको वह के लोगो द्वारा बहोत पूछताछ की गई और कई जगह उनको बहोत बुरी तरीके से मारा भी गया। कई जगह उनको अमानवीय तरीके से पीट कर पोलिस को भी सोंपा गया। इन मे से कई लोग बेकसूर निकलने पर छुट भी गए लेकिन उन व्यक्ति पर लगा वो दाग, वो आरोप नहीं निकला।

वो भीड़ या शहर के लोग मे से कई शायद ये जानते भी होंगे के ये बच्चा चोरी करने वाले गेंग के सभ्य नहीं है लेकिन उस विडियो के प्रभाव और अपने प्राणप्रिय बच्चो को खोने का भय उन्हे ये सोचने और यह कदम उठाने के लिए प्रेरित करता है।

इसी तरह एक ही धर्म के लोगो के बीच रहते अल्प संख्यक लोग भी अपनी अलग विचार सरणी या रहन सहन के लिए इस प्रकार के टकराव कर कारण बनते है। यह भविष्य मे विकट समस्या भी बन शकती  है, जो की समाज मे बटवारे का एक कारण बन सकती  है। इस लिए एसे समाज विरोधी दैत्य को बड़ा होने से पहले इस समाप्त कर देना बहुत जरूरी है।

जिस तरह मोब लिंचिंग की समस्या को बढ़ावा देने मे सोशियल मीडिया काफी महत्वपूर्ण किरदार अदा करता है उसी तरह इसके इलाज  भी सोशियल मीडिया की जड़ीबूटी से आसान एवं संभव है। सोशियल मीडिया एक “आभासी सत्यता” जैसा माध्यम है जहा कही सुनी या देखी गई बाते शायद सुकून देती है लेकिन उसका असली दुनिया मे कार्यान्वन बहुत ही मुश्किल है।

इन्न घृण कृत्यों से हमारे महान देश को बचान हर एक नागरिक का कर्तव्य है। सोशियल मीडिया पर कोई भी माहिती या मेसेज लोको के साथ शेर करने से पहेले इसकी सत्यता परखना जरूरी है। यधपि कोई व्यक्ति या समूह एसी घटना क्रम मे शामिल होता है तो तुरंत पोलिस एवं प्रशाहन को इतल्ला कर एसी घटना को रोक्न चाहिए। यह भी एक प्रकार की देश सेवा ही है।
सोशियल मीडिया उस प्रकार की तलवार है जिस का ठीक से ईस्तमाल न करने पर खुध को ही चोट लगाने की बड़ी संभावना रहटी है। इस लिए समाज की एकजुटता और देश के विकास के लिए इस विषय मे हम सब का आत्म संयम बेहद आवश्यक एवं अनिवार्य है।

आओ भेदभाव को रख के परे, हम एक दूसरे से जुड़े।

प्यार और मानवता का संदेश, ले कर हम सब आगे बढ़े

बैर न हो इंसान का इंसान से, खुशी से सब के दिल भरे,

Blogger Bash! Or Blogger Waste!

! 3-4 days ago,. I seen on Facebook that there will be "Blogger Bash" in Bhuj! I was too excited as wow, I will get chance to see creative people of Bhuj n have chance to interact with fellow bloggers!

I registered and they started sending me instructions about program! Blog supposed to be written in 15 mins and to publish it in next 15 mins and one with maximum likes and comments will be winner! Also topic will be given on place only!

I said, ok let's try! Then on day before event I received msg that u need to bring pen and papers to write a blog! N I also have to bring my laptop/mobile for this! I said ok! I was confused that how can I write blog on paper! Then in morning on event's day I again got msg that whole blog thing will be on "Mobile/Laptop".

So, I kept both of them with me! Now at time of event, Reporting Time was 4:30 and most of contestants took permission from their office and reach their on time, where event was not started till 5. When asked they replied " In India, which event starts on time?"

Next point while discussing rules they said there will be two categories. 1. For content writing and 2. For Social Media King/Queen! All contestants will get 15+15 mins for their task. I.e. 15 mins for writing and 15 mins for like/chat/interaction as described in msg but after few seconds they said, "You can get utilize 30 mins as u wish" so if I put pic in 2 mins I have 28 mins to ask ppl to like my post! N other guy who write amazing way and take 15 mins will get only 15 mins.

That's part of strategy, how we do it? Question remains, how they check plagiarism or how the likes are not added by software! On this they replied " I am Professor, I know everything!"

They claimed program was delayed because they had tie up with forest department and their official are late! But no one from forest department came! There was no affiliation mentioned on banner or anywhere! Even in press note next day when there was detailed information was given but no mention of affiliation with Forrest Department! So did organisers lied about their affiliation with Govt. Department?

Now two pics that shared, which all contestants supposed to share on their page or wherever they like!  One of them is about Rakshak van which is near Bhuj and other one is Local Folks new business venture of Revision! Ofcourse they can do that, it's their choice!

Now the most important question arrived! How they choosen winners! For content writing there were two judges and both of them did perfect job!

Question arrive at Social Media King winners. There are two winners. Person who got second no. Is having professional account on Instagram and other apps. As there was no guidelines given by Organisers, That can be allowed!

But the winner is having 342 Friend on FB. While having Google search his name u can't get any other profile! What he did to win Social Media King! Where he put it! How many likes he got? How many shares he got? How many people check that page??  None of this answered by anyone there! Further even currently there is no such post on his FB also!

Every contestant received a certificate but it has no value as it's not signed!! Yes a printed page with our names on it but not a single organisation authority signed it!

So after all this lethargic exercise, we came to know two things. A. None of organisers knows about blogging B. A practical examples of how to not arrange a "Blogging Bash"

P.S. I am not writing because I am sore looser. I heartily congratulate winner of content writing. He is just amazing writer! But just wasting other people's time on *Blogger Bash* is wrong!

Rakshak Van - Pride of Kutch

A Place of Joy! A Place of Fun! A Place of Patriotism!! It was 1971 and India was under tremendous pressure to bow down against their arch rivals pakistan after they cleared Airforce Base of Bhuj in war. That time our honorable lady fighters took this courageous initative and make that airforce base in a night! Today we are celebrating this tremandeous achievement of theirs by this Rakshak Van! It’s not just another place to hangout on Sunday! It’s having emotion, patriotisam and love we share for our country. 

Let’s relive moments of courage, hardship and joy at Rakshak Van. It’s just 10 Kms from Bhuj.

રેવા થી સમદ્ર કિનારા સુધી ની સફર!!

"આની પાછળ કાઇંક અર્થ હશે જ. નહિ તો આ સદીઓ સુધી ચાલે નહિ, નિરર્થક વસ્તુ જાતે જ સમય જતા પૂર્ણ થઇ જાય." આવી કંઈક વાત રેવા ફિલ્મ માં સાંભળી ને મજા આવી ગઈ.

એક અમેરિકા માં રહેલો જીવેલો વ્યક્તિ માં ભારત ના એક ભાગ માં આવી ને ગરીબ લોકો ને એક નદી ની સેવા કરતા અનેપરિક્રમા વાસી ની સેવા કરતા જુવે ત્યારે જે લાગણી થાય તેને આબેહૂબ જીલી લીધી છે આ ફિલ્મ માં.  "રેવા" એટલે અત્યાર સુધી ની સર્વ શ્રેષ્ઠ ત્રણ ગુજરાતી ફિલ્મ પૈકી એક. તેના વિષે ઘણું લખાયું, વંચાયું કહેવાયુ, સંભળાયું, એટલે એના વિષે મારે વાત નથી કરવી। પણ વાત ની શરૂઆત રેવા થી કરી કારણ કે આજે જે વાત શેર કરું છું એની વાત પણ અહીં થી જ શરુ થઇ.

રેવા જોઈ ને 3 દિવસ પછી "તત્વમસિ" લઇને વાંચવાનું શરુ કર્યું। પછી 10 દિવસ માં તો તત્વમસિ, લવલી પાન હાઉસ , અકૂપાર, તિમિરપંથી ,અતરાપી સમુદ્ન્રાતિકે  વાંચી લીધી.

વર્ષો થી માનવ સંસ્કૃતિ આમ જ ચાલે છે. વ્યક્તિ જન્મે છે, ઉછરે છે, ભણે છે, નોકરી ધંધો કરે છે, પરણે છે, બાળકો પેદા કરે છે, એમને મોટા કરે છે, માતા પિતા ની સેવા કરે છે. તે મૃત્યુ પામે છે ને પછી તે ધીમે ધીમે  ભુલાઈ જાય છે અને તેનો પુત્ર કે પુત્રી આ જ ઘટમાળ માં થી પસાર થાય છે. આપણે સૌ આ બધી જ ઘટના માં થી પસાર થઇએ છીએ કે આજુ બાજુ લોકો ને પસાર થતા જોઈએ છીએ.


ધ્રુવ દાદા ની વાર્તા ઓ માં આ જ વાતો છે. ક્યારેય ન કહેવાયેલી ને ન સંભળાયેલી, છતાં દિલ ની નજીક,  અનુભવાયેલી વાતો। "અતરાપી " નવલકથા માં મુખ્ય નાયક  સારમેય છે અને તે કહે છે કે  "જ્ઞાન એવમ બંધનમ ". જ્ઞાન એ જ બંધન છે. તો શું આ સાચું છે ? આ બ્લોગ લખતી વખતે વિચારું કે કેટલા લોકો વાંચશે? મારા વખાણ કરશે? કે પછી આ બકવાસ છે એવું કહેશે? કે પછી મારા વાંચન પ્રત્યે માન થશે એમને। આ વિચારું એ જ બંધન છે. ખરેખર જીવન માં "હું પણું " છોડવું એ સિંહાસન છોડવા  કરતા પણ અઘરું છે, ખેર હું પણુ છોડવા સિન્હાસન પણ છોડવું જ પડતું હશે ને !!!


લવલી  પાન  હાઉસ નો નાયક યાત્રિક  ( બોલવાનું નામ ગોરો, લખવાનું યાત્રિક ) કહે છે " ભૂત, પિસાચ છે  કે નહિ તે વિષે લોકો ચોક્કસ શંકા કરે છે, પણ નસીબ બાબતે એવો અનુભવ નથી." તો શું આપણે જે છીએ એ નસીબ ના લીધે છીએ. કે પછી આપને આપણી મહેનત થી નસીબ ને બદલી શકીએ છીએ કે પછી જ્યાં આપણા પગ ટૂંકા પડે ત્યાં અથવા તો જ્યાં બીજો બાજી મારી જાય ત્યાં આપણે નસીબ પર નાખી દઈએ છીએ.

ધ્રુવ દાદા ની વાર્તાઓ શરૂઆત થી અંત સુધી એક સીધી સાદી સફર છે જે જીવન ના ઉત્તર ચડાવ  ની વાતો કરે છે ને આપણે પહોંચાડે છે એવી જગ્યા એ કે જ્યાં જીવન ને જોવાની દ્રષ્ટિ જ બદલાઈ જાય છે.

લવલી પાન હાઉસ માં વલીભાઈ પાન ની દુકાન ધરાવે છે, આખો દિવસ પાન બનાવે છે, સફેદ ઝભ્ભો પણ પહેરે છે પણ એમાં એક પણ દાગ નથી, આ વાત કીચડ માં રહી પણ કમળ ની જેમ ખીલતા વ્યક્તિત્વ ની છે! આ વાત ને ભ્રષ્ટ અધિકારીઓ વચે કામ કરતા એક પ્રમાણિત અધિકારી સાથે સરખાવી શકાય!

તિમિર પંથી... અંધારા માં ચાલતો વ્યક્તિ.... આમ જુઓ તો ચોરી એટલે રાતે ઘર માં ઘુસી ન કીમતી વસ્તુ ઉપાડી ને નાસી જાય એ ચોર!! પણ આ જ વાત ને એકદમ સરળ રીતે અને છતાં પણ ખુબ ગૂઢ અર્થ સાથે ધૃવ ભટ્ટ એ લખી છે. તે સમાજ ના નિયમો તેમના રીતિરિવાજો અને તેમના જીવન ને ખુબ નજીક થી જોવાનો લહાવો આ વાર્તા માં મળે છે

જેમ બક્ષી બાબુ મેળાવડા ના માણસ છે એમ ધ્રુવ દાદા મન ના માણસ છે. તેમની વાર્તા માં સહજતા, સુકુન અને શાંતિ એક સાથે અનુભવાય છે. સ્થૂળ રૂપે ચાલતું સામાન્ય જીવન પણ સુક્ષ્મ રીતે તો એક અનેરી ઝડપ થી ચાલતું જ હોય છે! "સમુદ્રંતિકે" માં એક દિવસ પણ અહી કેમ નીકળે એમ વિચારતો યુવાન ત્યાં વર્ષો જીવી લે છે એ પણ એકદમ ઉલ્લાસ થી... ત્યારે સમજાય છે કે ખરેખર માણસ જેવી જણસ બીજી કોઈ નથી!

दोस्ती : जीवन भर का लगाव या पल भर की पहेचान

"मित्र एसा कीजिये, जैसे सर को बाल,

काट काट के काटिए, फिर भी तजे न खाल"

मानवी एक सामाजिक जीव है. और उससे भी ज्यादा वो एक भावुक जीव है. दुनिया के हर एक व्यक्ति, चाहे वो अमीर हो, गरीब हो, गोरा हो, काला हो, लड़का हो, लड़की हो, कोई भी हो लेकिन वह हर एक मानवीय संवेदना को महसूस करता है. और उसे जीने की कोशिश करता है.


जीवन में कई क्षण ऐसे आते है जो हम लोग या तो खुद महसूस करते है या किसी करीबी के जीवन में महसूस करते है. ख़ुशी के क्षण, गम के क्षण, हर्षाश्रु के क्षण. बेटी की बिदाई, बेटे का अव्वल आना, भाई की नोकरी लग्न, बहन के घर नए महेमान का आगमन, परिवार में मृत्यु, ये सब जीवन के बहुत अहम् क्षण होते है जो हम सब ने जिए है या फिर करीबी को इन क्षणों में देखा है.


लेकिन इन सब क्षण में जब हम जीते है तब हमें कोई चाहिए जो आपके साथ खड़ा रहे. जो आपको किसी भी हालत में आपके साथ कंधे से कन्धा मिलके खड़ा रहे. और इसे ही शायद दोस्ती कहते है. कृष्णा सुदामा से ले कर जय और वीरू  की दोस्ती के किस्से हम पढ़ के बड़े हुए है .

आज के युग में फेसबुक पे हज़ार मित्र हो शकते है. व्हाट्स एप पे गुड मोर्निंग के सन्देश भेजने वाले आपके सेंकडो दोस्त हो शकते है. लेकिन इन सब को दोस्त मानना उचित नहीं कहा जा शकता. इन सब के लिए अंग्रेजी में एक बहुत खुबसूरत शब्द है " known strangers" अर्थात आप जिन्हें जानते तो है पर फिर भी वो अजनबी है.


ये known strangers और दोस्त के बिच का तफावत धुन्धने में कई बार पूरी जिंदगी ख़तम हो जाती है. और जब हम लोग किसी व्यक्ति को दोस्त समजने लगते है तो हमारी आशा बढ़ जाती है. और हम चाहते है की उसे भी  वही चीज़ पसंद हो जो हम कहे. या फिर हम उनसे वह काम की आशा रखते है जो हम उनसे करवाना चाहते है.

आप जब भी कोई संस्था के साथ जुड़ते है फिर वो आपका स्कूल हो या ओफ्फिस या फिर कोई और संस्था. आप वहा के लोगो के साथ संपर्क में आते है और उनसे बात करते ही एक सामान विचारधारा किसी एक या एक से अधिक मुद्दे पर बनती है. और जिसे हमारा दिमाग उन्हें अपना दोस्त मानने लगता है. और धीरे धीरे समय के साथ ये दोस्ती गहरी होती जाती है.

लेकिन यह जरुरी नहीं की आप हमेशा उसी संस्था में रहे या वो उसी संस्था में रहे. जब साथ रहेने का समय कम हो जाता है तो व्यवस्था के नाम पर वो मित्रता एक औपचारिकता में परिवर्तित हो जाती है. तब सामने वाले की अपेक्षा पर खरा नहीं उतरने पर दूसरा व्यक्ति दुखी हो जाता है और सम्बन्ध में एक तनाव आ जाता है.

दोस्ती में कोई मोल भाव नहीं होता पर आज के युग में सच्चा दोस्त ढूँढना बहुत ही मुश्किल काम है पर उससे मुश्किल काम है सच्चा दोस्त बनाना. और जब आप का कोई दोस्त आप पे अपना विश्वास खो दे तो ये समजना जरुरी है की चुक न तो आपकी है न तो आपके दोस्त की. चुक है विचारो की एवं ग़लतफ़हमी को दूर करने की.

जीवन में कम से कम एक दोस्त एसा जरुर रखे जो आपको " तू पागल है क्या" बोल शके और आप हां कहे के उसका जवाब दे शके.

શિક્ષકોનું બહારવટું – શાહબુદ્દીન રાઠોડ

એક વાર શિક્ષક-મિત્રો સૌ ચર્ચાએ ચડ્યા. સર્વશ્રી શાહ, શુક્લ અને સાકરિયા, દોશી, દક્ષિણી અને દવે-જોષી, જાની અને મુલતાની – રાઠોડ, રાણા, ચૌહાણ અને પઠાણ તેમ જ અન્ય શિક્ષક-મિત્રો, જિલ્લામાંથી આવેલા નિરીક્ષકો સૌ એવા ચર્ચાએ ચઢ્યા કે બપોરના ભોજન માટે વારંવાર વિનંતી કરવા છતાં કોઈ મંચ છોડતા નહોતા.

દોશીસાહેબે કહ્યું : ‘ભારતનું ભાવિ વર્ગખંડોમાં આકાર લઈ રહ્યું છે. દેશના ભાવિ નાગરિકોને ઘડવાનું દુષ્કર કાર્ય આપણે કરી રહ્યા છીએ, છતાં સમાજમાં આપણું જોઈએ તેવું માન નથી, સન્માન નથી, સ્થાન નથી. આપણે નીકળીએ ત્યારે વાલીઓ અદબથી ઊભા નથી થઈ જતાં. આ પરિસ્થિતિ શોચનીય છે, વિચારણીય છે.’ શ્રી સાકરિયા સાહેબે કહ્યું : ‘સન્માન એ વ્યક્તિની યોગ્યતા પ્રમાણે આપોઆપ પ્રાપ્ત થાય છે કે એ મેળવી લેવું પડે છે ? આ મુદ્દો સ્પષ્ટ થાય તો વધુ સારું.’ તરત જ શિક્ષકો બે વિભાગોમાં વહેંચાઈ ગયા. એક વર્ગે કહ્યું : ‘જો આપણામાં લાયકાત હશે તો સન્માન આપોઆપ મળી જશે. “માનવતાનું કાર્ય કરતાં કીર્તિ એ આવી પડેલી આપત્તિ છે.” આવું ડૉક્ટર આલ્બર્ટ સ્વાઈટ્ઝર કહેતા.’ જ્યારે બીજા વર્ગની એવી દલીલ હતી, ‘માગ્યા વગર મા પણ પીરસતી નથી, માટે સમાજ સન્માન આપશે એવી વ્યર્થ આશામાં જીવવા કરતાં કર્મવીરની જેમ મેળવી લેવા પ્રબળ પુરુષાર્થ કરવો.’

શ્રી ઠાકરસાહેબે કહ્યું : ‘પ્રયત્ન કરવા છતાં પણ જો સન્માન ન મળે તો ? તો શું કરવું ?’ અને અચાનક ઊભા થઈ શ્રી રાણાસાહેબે કહ્યું : ‘બહારવટે ચડવું.’ રાણાસાહેબના ચહેરા ફરતું તેમનું વર્તુળ જોવા સૌ પ્રયાસ કરવા માંડ્યા. આવેશમાં અને વીરરસના સંચારને લઈ રાણાસાહેબનું અંગ ધ્રૂજવા લાગ્યું. તેમણે કહ્યું : ‘બહારવટે ચડવું ! પ્રાચીન કાળમાં જ્યારે સ્વમાનનો ભંગ થતો ત્યારે વીર પુરુષો બહાર રહી વટ રાખતા, જેથી બહારવટિયા કહેવાતા. આપણે પણ આપણા માનને ખાતર, સ્થાનને ખાતર બહારવટે ચડવું.’ સમગ્ર શિક્ષણજગત માટે આ વિચાર ક્રાંતિકારી હતો, જલદ હતો, પોતાની અને સમાજની ઊંઘ ઉડાડી દે તેવો હતો. નવી ભરતી થઈ હોય તેવા યુવાન શિક્ષકો પોતાનું શૌર્ય અને પરાક્રમ દાખવવા થનગની ઊઠ્યા. અમુકે શોર મચાવ્યો, ‘બહારવટે ચડવું ! બહારવટે ચડવું !’ અમુક ખંધા અનુભવી શિક્ષકોએ બહારવટે ચડી, લૂંટ ચલાવી, જો માત્ર સંપત્તિ જ પ્રાપ્ત કરવી હોય તો તે બહારવટે ચડ્યા વગર પણ કઈ-કઈ રીતે સહેલાઈથી મેળવી શકાય તેવા ટૂંકા રસ્તા સૂચવ્યા, પરંતુ એ માન્ય રહ્યા નહિ. પરંતુ નિષ્ઠાવાન, બુદ્ધિમાન ગણાતા દવેસાહેબ જેવાની વાત વિચારવામાં આવી. દવેસાહેબે કહ્યું : ‘હક્ક-રજાઓ વ્યર્થ જાય તે પહેલાં મેળવી લ્યો. પ્રાયોગિક ધોરણે બહારવટાનો પ્રાથમિક અનુભવ પ્રાપ્ત કરો અને એમાં જો સફળતા મળે તો જ કાયમી ધોરણે બહારવટું અપનાવવું, નહિતર નહિ.’ શ્રી દવેસાહેબની વાત સૌને વાજબી લાગી. જેને જે પ્રકારની રજા પ્રાપ્ત હોય તે પ્રમાણે રજા-રિપોર્ટો ભરવાનું નક્કી થયું અને પ્રથમ બહારવટાનો અનુભવ મેળવી પછી જ અંતિમ નિર્ણય લેવો એવું સર્વાનુમતે નક્કી થયું.

બીજે દિવસે સૌએ ગૌરવભેર શાળામાં પ્રવેશ કર્યો, વિધિસર રજા-રિપોર્ટો રજૂ કર્યા અને શાળાનો ત્યાગ કરી સૌ ચાલી નીકળ્યા અને પહોંચ્યા બજારમાં. બજારમાંથી પ્રાથમિક ખરીદીનું મહત્વનું કાર્ય સૌ પ્રથમ પૂર્ણ કરવાનું હતું તેનો પ્રારંભ કરવામાં આવ્યો. શાહીના બ્લ્યુ, લાલ અને લીલા રંગના ખડિયા ખરીદ્યા. મહત્વની બાબત હોય તો જ લાલ શાહીનો ઉપયોગ કરવો અને જે મંજૂર કરવામાં આવે ત્યાં લીલી શાહીથી લખવું – આમ નક્કી થયું. પચીસ ઘા કાગળની ખરીદી થઈ. ઉપરાંત ફૂટપટ્ટીઓ, પેન્સિલો, રબ્બરો, પેનો અને બોલપેનો, ફાઈલો અને થોડાં પુસ્તકો ખરીદવામાં આવ્યાં. રાષ્ટ્રીય શાયર ઝવેરચંદ મેઘાણીભાઈના ‘સોરઠી બહારવટિયા’ અને ‘ દરિયાપારના બહારવટિયા’ વગેરે પુસ્તકો જે મળ્યાં તે લેવામાં આવ્યાં. અસલ કાઠિયાવાડી દોહાસંગ્રહ અને શૌર્યગીતોના સંગ્રહો વસાવવામાં આવ્યા. આટલી સામગ્રીથી સજ્જ થઈ અર્ધી-અર્ધી ચા પીને સૌએ વનવગડાની વાટ લીધી. ‘ચાલ્યો ઘોર રજનીમાં ચાલ્યો, માર્ગ જ્યોતિ અનુપમ ઝાલ્યો’ – આવું ગુજરાતીના શિક્ષક શ્રી બાબરિયાએ ગાયું. બાંડિયાવેલીના રસ્તે પ્રયાણ કરતાં સૌ માંડવામાં આવી પહોંચ્યા. મહાનદીના કાંઠે ભેખડો જોઈ આચાર્ય શ્રી રાઠોડે કહ્યું : ‘બહારવટિયાને રહેવાને અનુકૂળ એવા ભયાનક સ્થાનમાં આપણે આવી પહોંચ્યા છીએ.’ એટલે નદીના કાંઠે બગલા બેસે એમ શ્વેત વસ્ત્રોમાં શોભતો શિક્ષક-સમુદાય બેસી ગયો.

ચોકસાઈ એ જીવનમાં સ્વીકારવા જેવો સદગુણ છે, માટે આપણે પ્રત્યેક કાર્ય ચોકસાઈપૂર્વક કરવું – આમ વિચારી કાર્યના પ્રારંભમાં બે-ત્રણ ઘા કાગળ વાપરી નાખવામાં આવ્યા. અનેક પ્રકારનાં પત્રકો બનાવવામાં આવ્યાં. ઉદાહરણ રૂપે એક પત્રક નંબર ‘અ’ – એક અનુક્રમ નંબર, ઘટનાસ્થળ, લૂંટમાં મેળવેલ માલ – ‘આ’ ખાનાનાં પાછાં બે પેટા ખાનાં – રોકડ અને દાગીના, લૂંટમાં બતાવેલ પરાક્રમ, લૂંટનો માલ ખરીદનારની સહી, લૂંટનો માલ વેચનારની સહી અને છેલ્લું ખાનું રિમાર્કનું. કોઈએ સૂચન કર્યું, ‘ત્રણ ઠેકાણેથી ટેન્ડર લઈ કોઈ પણ કાર્ય કરવું, જેથી ઑડિટ ઓબ્જેક્શનની તકલીફ ન રહે.’

પત્રકોનું કાર્ય પૂર્ણતાએ પહોંચ્યા પછી જુદી જુદી સમિતિઓની રચના કરવામાં આવી. સૌ પ્રથમ શસ્ત્ર-સમિતિનું નિર્માણ થયું. તેના પ્રમુખ અને મંત્રી નિમાઈ ગયા. સાથે નોંધ કરવામાં આવી : ‘હાલ તુરત આપણે દંડા, સોટીઓ, લાઠીઓ, ચાકુ તેમ જ ગડદિયાથી કામ ચલાવવું, પરંતુ આર્થિક સધ્ધરતા પ્રાપ્ત થતાં જાનહાનિ કરી શકાય એ કક્ષાનાં હિંસક શસ્ત્રો પણ વસાવી લેવાં, જેનો ઉપયોગ સામાન્ય સભામાં સર્વાનુમતે ઠરાવ પસાર થયા પછી પ્રમુખશ્રીની મંજૂરી પછી થશે.’ ત્યાર બાદ અન્વેષણ-સમિતિની નિમણૂક થઈ, જેનું કાર્યક્ષેત્ર હતું ક્યાં-ક્યાં લૂંટ કરવા જેવી છે, ક્યાં ધાડ પાડવામાં ઓછું જોખમ રહેલું છે તેની તપાસ કરવી અને અહેવાલ કારોબારીમાં રજૂ કરવો. તેના હોદ્દેદારો પણ નિમાઈ ચૂક્યા. હવે રચના થઈ લલકાર-સમિતિની, જે યુદ્ધ જેવા પ્રસંગો આવી પડે તો શૌર્યગીતો ગાઈ, વીરરસના દુહાઓ રજૂ કરી, સૌમાં જોમ અને જુસ્સો જગાવે. આ સમિતિનું કાર્ય અને હોદ્દેદારોની નિમણૂકની કાર્યવાહી પૂરી થઈ. વ્યાયામ-શિક્ષક શ્રી પઠાણના સૂચનથી એક શિસ્ત-સમિતિની રચના કરવામાં આવી. સમગ્ર યુદ્ધનું સંચાલન શિસ્તબદ્ધ રીતે થાય તેની જવાબદારી તેમને અને શ્રી મોથલિયાને સોંપવામાં આવી. યુદ્ધપ્રસંગે શિક્ષકગણની આગેવાનીનું સુકાન આચાર્ય શ્રી રાઠોડે સંભાળવું અને તેમને અચાનક ક્યાંક કાર્યક્રમ નિમિત્તે જવાનું થાય તો આગેવાની શ્રી મુલતાનીએ લેવી તેમ નક્કી થયું. જો કે યુદ્ધના સમયમાં કોઈએ રજા લેવી નહીં એવું પણ સાથે નક્કી થયું, છતાં જરૂરિયાત ઊભી થાય તો ધોરણોસરની કાર્યવાહી કરવી એવી જોગવાઈ પણ કરવામાં આવી. ઉતારા અને ભોજન-સમિતિઓની પણ રચના થઈ અને આવા કપરા કાળમાં તેમણે પણ પોતાનાં સ્થાનો સંભાળી લીધા.

અન્વેષણ-સમિતિના કન્વીનર શ્રી સી.બી. ઠાકરે સમાચાર આપ્યા કે અહીંથી એક જાન પસાર થવાની છે. તેમની પાસે કેટલી સંપત્તિ અને આભૂષણો છે તે અન્વેષણનાં પૂરતાં સાધનો પ્રાપ્ત નહિ હોવાથી જાણી શકાયું નથી, છતાં આપણી અપેક્ષાઓથી વધુ જરૂર હશે એવું કહ્યા વગર હું રહી શકું તેમ નથી. અન્વેષણ-સમિતિના રિપોર્ટ પર ગંભીરતાથી ચર્ચાવિચારણા થઈ. જાન પર ધાડ પાડવાનો અને લૂંટ ચલાવવાનો નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો. તમામ સમિતિઓ કાર્યરત બની ગઈ. વ્યાયામ-શિક્ષક પઠાણે યુદ્ધની પૂર્વતૈયારી રૂપે જે કવાયત કરાવી તેમાં જ મોટા ભાગના શિક્ષક-મિત્રો થાકી રહ્યા, છતાં ફરજમાં અડગ રહ્યા. શ્રી બાબરિયાએ બુલંદ અવાજે ‘સૌ ચલો જીતવા જંગ બ્યૂગલો વાગે, યાહોમ કરીને પડો ફતેહ આગે’ ગીત લલકાર્યું. આચાર્યશ્રી શાહબુદ્દીન રાઠોડે શિક્ષકગણનું સેનાપતિપદ સંભાળ્યું અને સૌ નીકળી પડ્યા. આ તરફથી શિક્ષક-સમાજ અને સામેથી આવતી જાન સામસામાં આવી ગયાં. આચાર્યશ્રીએ બુલંદ અવાજે પડકાર કર્યો : ‘ખબરદાર, જ્યાં છો ત્યાં જ ઊભા રહેજો. અહીં ભીષણ રક્તપાત થશે, સ્ત્રીઓના આક્રંદ અને બાળકોનાં રુદનથી વાતાવરણ કરુણ બની જશે. આ સ્થિતિ સહી લેવી એ અમારા માટે અસહ્ય હોવાથી હું આપ સૌને નમ્ર વિનંતી કરું છું કે આ સમસ્યાનું નિરાકરણ મંત્રણાના મેજ પર થાય. આ હત્યાકાંડ રોકવા શાંતિભર્યા માર્ગો પણ છે જ. વાટાઘાટોનાં દ્વાર પણ ખુલ્લાં છે જ, પરંતુ આ બધું આપના સાનુકૂળ પ્રતિભાવ પર આધાર રાખે છે.’

જાનવાળા આચાર્યશ્રીના નિરર્થક લંબાણભર્યા પ્રવચનમાં કંઈ સમજ્યા નહિ – માત્ર આટલું જ સમજ્યા કે ‘આ છે કોઈ ફંડફાળો ઉઘરાવવાવાળા, પણ આમ વગડામાં દુ:ખી કેમ થાય છે તે સમજાતું નથી.’ જાનવાળાની વાતો સાંભળી આચાર્યશ્રીએ કાયમની ટેવ પ્રમાણે કહ્યું : ‘બંધ કરો અવાજ અને શાંતિપૂર્વક હું પૂછું તે પ્રશ્નો સાંભળી તેના પ્રત્યુત્તર આપો’

પ્રશ્ન પહેલો : તમારી સાથે સામનો કરી શકે તેવા હથિયારધારી વોળાવિયા કેટલા ?
પ્રશ્ન બીજો : તમે ક્યાંથી નીકળ્યા છો ?
પ્રશ્ન ત્રીજો : તમે ક્યાં જવાના છો ?
પ્રશ્ન ચોથો : તમારી પાસે રોકડ અને દાગીના કેટલાં છે ?
પ્રશ્ન પાંચમો : તમે કુલ કેટલાં માણસો છો ?

જાનવાળા કહે, ‘કોક નાટક કંપનીવાળા રમતે ચડી ગયા લાગે છે.’ સામતુભાબાપુએ બંદૂક કાઢી, કાર્ટિસ ચડાવ્યા અને પડકાર કર્યો : ‘અલ્યા કોણ છો ?’ જવાબમાં સૌ સમિતિના હોદ્દેદારોનાં રાજીનામાં આવી ગયાં. આચાર્યશ્રીએ ગૌરવભેર કહ્યું : ‘હાલ તુરત આપણે માનભેર આ અભિયાન મુલતવી રાખીએ છીએ.’ શ્રી પઠાણે આદેશ આપ્યો : ‘પીછે મુડેગા… પીછે મુડ..’ સૌ ફરી ગયા અને પાછા તળાવને કાંઠે આવી પહોંચ્યા. તાત્કાલિક સામાન્ય સભાની મિટિંગ યોજવામાં આવી અને આચાર્યશ્રી રાઠોડે રજૂઆત કરી : ‘આ સમગ્ર વ્યવસાયનું નિરીક્ષણ કરી, પૃથક્કરણ કરી, પ્રત્યક્ષ અનુભવ પ્રાપ્ત કરી, વિશ્લેષણ કર્યા બાદ એવું જણાય છે કે આ વ્યવસાય આપણી ચિત્તવૃત્તિને પ્રતિકૂળ હોવાથી ત્યાજ્ય છે.’ સ્ટેશનરી સૌએ વહેંચી લીધી અને પુસ્તકો શાળાની લાઈબ્રેરીમાં ભેટ આપી સૌ રજા-રિપોર્ટ કૅન્સલ કરી, શિક્ષણ-કાર્યમાં લાગી ગયા.

Kutch : Adopted Home of Narendra Modi

It was December 2002, Narendra Modi imarge as strong leader after winning 127 out of 183 seats with cleansweep in Gujarat. It was moment of joy, victory and celebration for BJP. But at same time, There were 2 things which refelcted this result. This was verdict for Narendra Modi: A Hindu Hriday Samart and There was only one district were BJP lost badly. KUTCH

BJP and Narendra Modi won only 1 out 6 seats in Kutch. Statisticaly saying 6 seats are not big bunch of 183 seats it's just 3.25 % of seats and Modi can easily ignore in this landslide victory. But If elections won by statistics, Mathamaticans rules the nation. Kutch is largest district in India and also it covers almost 25% land of Gujarat.  Narendra Modi knews that he can't ignore this.

In 2002 Election, Godhra riots were important point in whole gujarat but In kutch, it was period of post earthquake and people were not happy with local politicians, who didn't help much in that critical time of Kutch.


Kutch was in miserable situation due to earthquake and no development, no company. It was assumed as border area and desert, where no CM cares and for buerocrates it was punishment posting. but After 2003, slowly things started changing and It was Kutch's Adopted son Narendra Modi, being Chief Minister of Gujarat played crucial part of changing lives of 20 Lakh Kutchis.

As kutch is geographically far from all metro cities, It was tough to bring mega projects here. But he bring Adani to Mundra Port which is today biggest port in India. Also Company like AMW, Welspun, BKT Tyres and many other companies came to Kutch in last 10 years. This infuse money in kutch and also give job oppertunity to Kutchi youth. But this was not main thing that developed NaMo's adopted home. His master stroke for Kutch is TOURISM.


Yes, Being a district which has sea, hill, desert, Kutch is very picturesque and beautiful. But it was raw, There are no places to show like there are in Palace and Desert of Rajsthan. So he made them.

I would like to share 3 examples how Modi Changed his home.


KRANTI TEERTH

It was 2003, Narendra Modi did first step to show his affaction towards Kutch. Krantiguru Shaymji Krishna Verma was freedom fighter from Kutch but as he died in Geneva, Switzerland, His ash were in safe custody and his last wish was to bring it to Free India in home town. Modi took innitiative and bring that ash in his own hands from Geneva. Also when he reach to India. He had special Yatra, where the road show had been done to cover most Gujarat for patriot ash of Shyamji Krishna Verma, He also granted land and build Kranti Teerth, where iconic image of India House made. Which is one of historical monument in Britain and been witness of struggle of Indian Fight for Freedom. and Today Lakhs of People visited and feel inspired. Even after 12 years of this, when NaMo visited Britain as PM, in his speech he talked about this and also urge people to visit this patriot place.

Now this played huge part in development of Mandvi, Beach, Vijay Vilas Palace and many other places have been full with many people coming to visit this. More than 20-25 big hotels had open in the area which is a small gesture of showing how it is developed.



KUTCH KARNIVAL

In 2005, Narendra Modi coined new term called "Kutch Karnival", In december month of every year, He started to celebrate Kutch Karnival in Bhuj where whole city is decorated and there is parade like one in New York City on 4th July. This was huge boost for moral of Kutchhi People to feel there is one of them.



Result had been shown in 2007 Gujarat Election, It was looking tough for Narendra Modi to win this election because this time it was not Narendra Modi: Hindu Hriday Samart, but Narendra Modi: Development Icon. and may be it was first time it was agenda was on development and nothing else. but Kutch voted for him. BJP won 5 out of 6 seats in Kutch. Although it is always said that term "Maut Ke Saudagar" made him win the election, but more importantly it was his work which Gujarat and specially Kutch appriciated.

After this victory NaMo had took biggest step towards development of Kutch.

Rann Utsav.

10 years ago, If you ask someone to go to banni , He decline instantly even in some cases people

leave their jobs just to not go to khavda and banni villages. But in 2008, Modi started a Rann Utsav at Dhordo Village where only white desert in world is situated. Tourism Department tied up with private event management firm to make it grand success.
More than 500 Tents are made every year for 4 months and approx 10-15 lakh people visit it every year.

Dhordo Village is having population of approx 350-400 people and they earn almost 15 Crore in last 5-7 years due to rann utsav. Started with 8 Bhunga (Tent) in Gateway to Rann Resort, today there are more then 100 bhunga are there which are used as homestay.

He ask Amitabh Bachchhan to promote Kutch Rann Utsav and in few years it is most successful event of Gujarat. There was 3 day Rann Utsav when it was celebrated first time. Today it goes on more than 4 months and lakhs of people visit it.People are earning and living peacefully due to this small initiatives by Modi.


and after becoming PM, he hasn't forget is adopted land. He visited Kutch for 3 days form 18 to 20 dec. This is longest period when PM has been stayed in india other than his official home 7 RCR.

I would like to clarify that I am not BJP or "BHAKT" but this is just to show how much small points changed life of lakhs of people.

Yup, A movie which took 12 long years to make is a real masterpiece. It's because of charm of movie. It's because of passion and compassion director have about film. That's the only reason it's at 58th place in TOP 250 movie list on IMDB in just 5 months of it's release.

Boyhood is movie written and directed by Linklater and acted by Ellar Coltrane. It's released on 11th July 2014 in USA. It has been in many film festivals. Already won 10 awards and nominated for more then 15 category.

We are always fond of people who grew up around us or with us, because we have seen them at different stage of life. For example, our kids, our sibling, our friends whom we know from not only years but sometime decade or more. This type of relationship bring lots of emotions and specially way their thinking and our thinking ideology, talking behaviour changes. It's continuous process but we see it after some time.

Actors have been same for 12 years and that's the heart of story. Boyhood is story of Mason who is 5 years old kid who watch sky, do study and play games with her sibling and he grew up to be 18 year old young cool boy who is studying in college, having a girlfriend and passed through many phases of his life. he is transforming from boy to adult.

It's very very fascinationg to see a cute little boy at starting of movie is cool photographer at end of movie. and it's not with any computer effect or other make up. it's real and that what makes it cool and awesome. This movie doesn't contain any hi-fi things or any other great stories. it's just simple story said in simple words but there are some scenes that make it beautiful.

At some place movie get slow or goes without much motive, but it's all about mason. It's all about his normal life and changes he feel from age 5 to 18.

This movie is must watch for everybody who love simplicity and passion of life. Watch it for mason and those years of life that crafted very very beautifully on screen.

This is first time I heard about it from my friend manish Lunja a.k.a. Dada. It was year 2005 and I had goosebumps just to imagine I can read profile of girls and read their messages. Today after 9 long years orkut is going to shutdown. But memories will be there always.

Before ORKUT yahoo messenger was only place for chat. And there were various rooms for chat but most of them are having ID like superstar_245 or cool_girl_4_u and many others. But but both side knows they are fake. And conversation started with "ALS please" and end with. " First u share ALS or bye"

After this orkut comes into picture where you can upload photos,upload status, send scrap, make groups, write testimonials for friends wish birthday to friends. It was just whole new world for youth back then. It was not hit as Facebook or twitter but it was too famous in college students. To be on orkut was cool thing. Send scrap to people and write testimonials was awesome.

There were no smartphone, so cyber cafe was only source for internet and pay 10 or 15 rs per hour ( or 5 rs. Each if you share it with ur friend) was to check if there is any scrap or friend request on ur orkut profile. There had been so many people I interact with on orkut. For example I was very big fan of jay vasavada back then n I send a scrap to him n he replied. That was a moment of joy. Although now a days you can easily tweet or send fb msg to ur fav celebrity. But back then it was great.

There had been groups of Kutch Bhuj and others. Also we had group meeting of many people who are from bhuj on orkut. And we had around 15-20 ppl meet who are from bhuj but not familiar to each other.

As the time pass orkut left its charm. Mass has taken over class. Ppl starts sending spam scraps. And FACEBOOK emerged. Up to 2008-09 it capture over orkut and people migrated to fb n twitter.

Google is going to shutdown orkut today but it will never go away from our heart. Orkut is not only web portal it was a friend for us.

I like to thank all those fellas I had chance to meet n interact on orkut. Some of them are very close friends now.

An Open Letter to Arvind Kejriwal

Dear sir,

28th December 2013, Saturday. I was one of happiest people of India who thought, "Yes now we will change". There are thousands of people came in your swear-in ceremony. You were so simple yet smart and over all, it was "Dream comes true" moment. Sir, you and your team had really struggled lot to achieve that and I must congratulate you for that.But real question is, why I congratulate right now? Answer of this question is reason I am writing this letter to you.

I would like to go back and remind you glimpse of few things, which changed Indian Politics. First of them was, next day to India won cricket world cup in April 2011, there was Dharna by IAC in Jantar Mantar and people across india came there. and that was the first time I and many others like me come to know about you. Anna was face of that Dharna but you were actual brain after that thing. I really admire you for your timing at that time.

It was more fascinating when you did it again. and this time it was more controversial as anna hazzare was taken to jail and then released and it was 13 day high drama happen at Jantar Mantar and whole nation was watching at you as next massiah. If election took place at that day you will surely get 500 out of 543 electoral seats.

After that you seat on fast for lokpal bill and on first day tv channels were interviewing your kids and parents regarding your fast. You had that fast for 10 days and said political fight is only option. And I totally respect that. You have your party in Aam Aadmi Party in November 2012. and Just in one year you became Chief Minister of Delhi and that's why I congratulate and respect you.


But sir, what happen after you become CM? In just time span of several days, you come to know that politicians will not allow you to work. Every BJP and Congress leader was saying why you are not bringing Lokpal in Delhi. and on the day you bring it. They said it's against law and Constitution of India. and you resigned.

Till last few days, I, unlike many other indians, thinking you are different and we should not see you like same glasses we watch to other politicians. but in this few days your tone has changed, Why should not we treat you like Nitish Kumar or Naveen Patnayak or any other politician. Again sir,  There is nothing wrong in what you did as politician but as leader you broke heart of many indians like me.


Fighting against Modi, is really master stroke as politician. but way you behave in gujarat or in bangluru is not like you. Sir you talk about fighting against corruption and make party out of it and then won a election. but when you fight in Loksabha election, you says "Communal Problems are worse then Corruption" This is not what I accept from you.

You came to gujarat and you spend 2 days out of ur 4 days in Kachchh, which is place where I live, People asked you some tough questions and you avoided it as smart politician. and I respect that. but if you want to do that then accept that you are politician who change his colors depend on time.

I know many people told you this, but I am repeating it one more time. That give us just one good thing for why we vote for you in this election? Even if you win, you are not going to make a government. You are also saying that there will be election in next one year if we vote for you. Isn't it better we vote for party which can stay in power for next 5 years, give india stability and growth? and in 2019, you come with all power and master politician. Be our Prime Minister and solve all this problems.

Book Review: Dork Series

On Twitter, I follow one account of @sidin, His name is Sidin Vadukat and I started following him due to his comments of Cricinfo He always posts funny and insightful tweets. After some months, I realized he is a well known author of Dork Series and I ordered them same day. I read all 3 of them and now like to share my view on those books.


Dork is story written in Diary Format. So It's totally different from story telling where we are having people talking to each other and doing things. Here reader is part of story as a diary. You indulge yourself deeply due to way it's written. Another best thing about this format is it requires you to think about situation and apply your mind to create environment because in this style author can't create a complete scene.


Story of books is based on Robin ‘Einstein' Varghese who completed his MBA from prestigious college and started working in MNC. He is from Kerala. and He think he is smartest person on earth. I will not explain story here as it's situation based comedy. Apart from incidents happen to him, His thinking is very well crafted. Author put his thoughts in such a simple way that we alwyas think "ya I did that thing" or " Ya that fellow was exectly like robin" . This intensity is shown in book.

Book is best seller and there are 3 parts of book and You will thourghly enjoy every part of it.

This blog is specially to congrats Mr. Ronak Baxi for securing first rank in Kachchh University. I would like to congratulate him on this great achievement.

Frankly speaking, I am not writing this blog for his achievement but this is for his attitude. Being very humble and passionate about learning. He is one of guy you always want to be with. There are some moments in your life which can either make you or break you. and although he never shared with me but I know he had faced many moments like that and everytime he become more and more stronger.

A person should have two qualities to be successful 1 is passion about work and 2 is dedication. and Ronak have both of them. When we watch 3 idiots, we all loved rancho as he always says to bunk college and not to read. but at end of exam, he always stood first. Ronak proved something like that.and we all are proud of that.

One more thing, University Topper is not most important thing Ronak achieved but confidence he will get from this will be very helpful in future endeavour. One more thing before signing off. A request to Ronak is "just be who you are... Be Humble.. Be Happy.. and Enjoy...."

IT people: Scientiest, Entreprenuers, Creative or Juggadu...

IT... Information Technology... Computer Science.. Online.. Website.. This words are very common in our routine work. We are not at all alians to this part of world. Apart from that, we update our resume with the word "Tech Savvy", when we learn how to send a mail or how to add a friend on facebook.

Well, My today's topic is not about how we dealt with IT, my topic is how IT World deals with real world. I am talking about all this because of the following statement given by Scientist CNR RAO. (Every sachin fan knows him as he was awarded with BHARAT RATNA alongwith God SRT)

"IT (Information Technology) has nothing to do with science. IT is only to make some money. They (techies) are a whole bunch of unhappy guys working there. I read every day in newspapers, some techie committed suicide, some software engineer killed or divorced,"


I agree with above statement. At first look, being computer engineer it feels bad and bit insulted but when we see this topic in detail, I feel he is right. Let's understand this topic by 2 parts. First, Let's understand Engineering and Science field are different.

In India, if you selected Science field in you high school. It is decided that you are going to be doctor or engineer. But technically and fundamentally science and engineering are two different terminology. Science (or now we say pure science) deals with basic scientific things like chemicals, experiments, results. Where as Engineering deals with applications like mechanical, electrical, computer and others. So IT is just a part of engineering which is part of science.

Now Second Part is, "IT people comes from Science Background only", is a myth. Let's understand this by simple example. Today every person who had done B.E. Computer, B.E. IT, MCA, MBA IT, MSc IT, Courses from RamVihar Computer Classes and guy who runs Cyber Cafe, Think that they belong to IT field. Now Many of this courses, you can get admitted without having any knowledge of maths or science.


There is one more very important thing to discuss. Let's compare IT Field with Automobile Field. If you want to buy a car, you can call company and get one. Same way with software, You want one, Then you call company and you have one. If you want specially design car, you can ask for same. and they will serve you. Same with softwares.

So, Where Softwares differ from Automobile (or in this case any other field)? The answer lies itself only. Softwares are made basically to convert manual application into automatic one. In sophisticated (or tech savvy ) way, you can call it Applications. So We need to build Applications based on user's requirements. Basically what we do is, We ask user for desired output and what input he will give. Then on his input, we do programming or coding or logic or jugaad and give him desired output.

I want to discuss other part of the statement now, "Why IT people are bunch of unhappy people." I think IT people are like Govt. Officers of 70s and 80s. Let's see one example of IT Fellow, We will call him Raj Malhotra (No offense to Shahrukh). Let's say Raj has done engineering from BRTS College with very good marks, He had learned C Programming, Data Structure, Database Management System, JAVA, .NET, System Analysis and Design, Engineering Drawing, Environment Science and 68 other Subjects. After hard work and watching lots of movies, He became Engineer, and after searching job and formatting relatives computers, He gets a job.

What Raj needs to do at job, He has to handle a client, how? Client needs to do data entry, but he can't do. So Raj ask client to do every type of changes, Starting from Computer Restart to Changing BIOS Setting. But after 2 hours, Raj comes to know that internet connection was disconnected, So client can't do data entry. :D You may be smiling but this is correct. It happens with Every Raj Malhotra, Every Computer Engineer and Every IT Person. Same way there are many examples but will not bore you with that.

So, This is very crucial factor why IT People are not happy like other people. Stress kills us man.

Apart from that, Today everyone thinks that he is IT Person. So I openly saying this that if you know how to use what's app or facebook, or how to send an email or format a pc or change in parent directory or hide a folder, I am sorry to say, but you are not IT People. It's like if daily driving car from home to office, doesn't make you professional driver. It's not make you one of us.

We, IT People, are not Scientiest or Enterprenures or Jugaadu. We are the one who tries to make you life easy. We try to make system that works smoothly. We try to make complicated manual things automatic. We make world better place to live. We give you entertainment, knowledge, work whenever and wherever you need.

Election 2014 - Prime Minister

India, as a country, going through one of most difficult phases. In last few days, what we have seen in Uttarakhand and Himalaya is very painful and our sincier respect to all Jawans helping people there. Apart from that, Indian Rupee's value is going down every day with compare to U.S. Dollar. So It makes us more economically down.


In all this parameters and many other, We are going to have General Election next year in 2014. As it will be very crucial, It will not only decide India's future for next 5 years. But it also see how india will go through for next 20-25 years.

Dr. Manmohan Singh
Current Indian PM, Leader of Congress Party, Currently member of Rajyasabha from Assam.

Dr. Manmohan Singh is Prime Minister of India since last 9 Years. On very dramatic events in may 2004, after Congress President Sonia Gandhi refuses to be PM of India. He was elected as PM of India by Congress party and set there since that day.

In last 9 years, He has personality of silent working and honest person. His name is involved in CoalGate Scam and 2G Scam, which is one of biggest scam in indian history. He handled few situation very carefully and tactically but He also failed to stop curruption and bring LOKPAL after promising it.

In next Election his part is crucial as UPA is going in election by showing his achievements. As he also announced He want Rahul Gandhi to take post of PM if Congress come in power again. but then also He will be part of Government indirectly if UPA is coming back in power.

Now Numbers game will play very crucial part in next Election. Out of 543 total seats in Loksabha, If congress alone brings around 140-150 Seats and then they require 120-130 seats to rule government. In this type of situation, Dr. Manmohan Singh will come back as PM. As he can handle Government with different parties on name of secularism.

Trivia : Dr. Manmohan Singh fought Loksabha election in 1999 from south delhi and he lost from Vijay Kumar Malhotra of BJP

Gujarat is not any more dry state: Narendra Modi at Vibrant Gujarat

In Vibrant Summit 2013, Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Gujarat declared that Gujarat will no longer be dry state from 26th of January 2013.

Speaking on occasion of Vibrant Gujarat, Narendra Modi said, “Since last many years, we are facing problem because of dry state. Foreigners and Punjabis not visit our state because they don’t get wine and vodka here. We want them to come and do business with us.”

“It will give me great joy to declare that we no longer be dry state from 26th January 2013. There will be liqueur shops opened by across the gujarat by Adani Group within next 15 days. and We invite all people to come and drink “SOMRAS” together,” He added further. These is 5th Global Summit in Gujarat and Chief Minister and his team is disparately trying to generate more money across industrialist.

After this announcement, Vijay Malya, Owner of UB Group has announce to invest Rs. 26,000 Crore in Gujarat for Liqueur Shops. and decided to publish his new year calender as all models wearing “Chaniya Choli”, Treditional Gujarati Dress.

On other Hand, Congress opposed this decision by saying it’s wrong in land where Mahatma Gandhi born. Congress Spokeperson Manish Tiwari said ” It shows real communal face of Modi to take decision like this. I assume he don’t care of sentiments of Common man. It’s big blow to modi.”

New Team India

What’s the biggest challenge that India faces today? Corruption? Price rise?

No! Its the 4th Test against England at Nagpur..!! And out netas have decided to face the challenge themselves. Forgetting all their difference they have made a team which is expected to perform atleast some point better than the current team.

The Batsman

The Netas XI:

Digvijay Singh- Fearless like Sehwag. Just like Sehwag’s shots, his words are neither technically correct and nor do they make any sense. But one things is for sure, whenever he hits, he hits it hard enough.

Sushma Swaraj- Aggressive, but with an intent. People considered her as the next captain of the team, but the beacon was passed to some-one else (Read: Virat Kohli/Narendra Modi). Too often gets herself run-out unnecessary.

Arvind Kejrival- At number 3, you need to have your most trusted batsman. This new guy has played some fantastic innings in his short carrier. But he is still inexperienced and there are questions on his survival in the long run.

Sachin Tendulkar- Considering the recent form, if not in the whole world, he still is the best cricketer among all other MPs.

Narendra Modi- A hot property at the moment. People calls him the next leader, but there are many critics of his brashness. A tough challenge looms ahead, will need control over his vocals.

Rahul Gandhi- So! so much promise. But nothing yet fulfilled. People calls him the Yuvraj, but has failed to survived the bouncers at the pitch of UP.

Manmohan Singh (captain)- Agreed that in past he had many glories (the World Cup/1991 Economic Reform), but the recent failures (England-Aus series/2G-Coalgate) has made people asking him to quit. In spite, he is probably our only choice as a leader.

Mayawati (as part of dalit reservation quota)- Her carrom balls, leaves everyone guessing. So what if she has failed to do what is expected from her (ie to take wickets/win UP elections), she is making her marks elsewhere (batting/FDI voting).

Nitish Kumar- So long this position was reserved for some-one else (Bhajji/Lalu), but by bowling consistent line and length, Nitish has now taken over this positions. But there is still a lot of scope of improvement.

Mamta Banerjee- The best in business when it comes to reverse swing, right from the times of Vajpayee. But her government..err.. wicket taking abilities are now in question.

Meira Kumar- Neither Ishant nor she know what are they doing in the team except to fill up their position.

The above team has been made after taking into account reservations for dalits and 33% for women. No reservation for religious minorities could be provided, as the same is still not provided in our Constitution. However, for their appropriate representation Salman Khurshid has been included as 12th men in the team.

Btw, the coach, as expected, is a foreigner and no prize for guessing her name.
